In response to numerous enquiries from qualified plumbers who require more information on both the installation and maintenance of such systems, SunTank has launched its Green Plumber’s programme.

This initiative will provide plumbers with a better insight into solar water heating systems by providing them with the following; at no additional cost:

   Plumbers get the chance to join our installation teams on site.
   Great hands-on experience where the plumber comes to grips with the challenges and additional insights into this type of installation.
2. Installation guides & system specs:
   Step-by-step manuals explaining the installation procedure as well as troubleshooting installations. The different factors that determine the type of installation that is required are also broken down clearly.
3. Referral business:
   SunTank only handles installations in key areas – Pretoria, Johannesburg and Cape Town. For other areas, outsourcing the installation and maintenance services are very effective.  
4. Wholesale pricing:  
   Besides obtaining the wholesale prices, Green Plumber Members may qualify for the Green Plumbing pricing structure, dependant on the frequency and volume of their purchases.
5. Updates:
   Frequent electronic bulletins informing the Green Plumber of new industry developments, system upgrades and other relevant information.
